People will pay $19 for a brutally honest AI analysis of their business idea. Free roasts drive viral sharing and audience growth. The AI-as-personality mechanic (not AI-as-tool) creates a unique product nobody else offers.
Approach
Two tiers: free quick roast (instant, shareable, viral loop) and paid "The Rescue" ($19 — detailed market analysis, fatal flaws, viability score). Build cost: $0. Kill threshold: no paid conversions in 14 days.
Experiment #2 launches May 1 — a genuinely different product, chosen by data from #1.
